The Careers curriculum provides students in Yrs 9 & 10 with an awareness of the vocational opportunities available in the years following graduation. It has been created to enhance the educational, social and vocational development of all students through a series of lessons involving:
- self-exploration
- work exploration
- career planning
and also managing the various transitions that occur throughout working life. A wide variety of resources and activities are utilized including presentations by guest speakers, excursions to University and TAFE, Career Expos and 2 opportunities for Work Experience for Yr 10 students.
