University Applications:

You apply through the University Admissions Centre, UAC in NSW and ACT which processes all applications to gain a place to attend universities in NSW and the ACT. VTAC is the body responsible for all university applications for Victoria. Each state has their own admissions board. ( See below for other states.) For more information on UAC (Universities Admission Centre)and the associated universities and courses click here.

Information about applications arrives at the school in August. Once you register your list of preferences, you can change the list online as often as you like until the final course offers are distributed. If successful, you will be made an offer in January, the first one for which you are eligible, according to your list of preferences. (If you have applications in for other states, you may also receive an offer from that state)

Students from Eden Marine High are encouraged to apply to the University with the course that best suits their needs and although Wollongong University has proven to be popular in the past, there is still a vast range in the choices made by our students for University because of our relative isolation from major cities.
You can find information on the different Universities and courses available on this page. Click on the University to find out comprehensive information about that institution.
